Feed Newport 

Soup Kitchen.

 

Feed Newport Soup Kitchen was established in 2020 to offer a much needed service of providing clean cooked foods to the Homeless and Hungry of Newport.

​

In 2021 we partnered with The Wallich and Newport City Council Rough Sleepers Team to become the recognised organisation for the Homeless and Hungry to attend for food.

 

All food is cooked fresh on the premise by staff and volunteers who are passionate about food.

 

All members Soup Kitchen Staff hold an updated Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate or a Level 3 Food Safety certificate.

 

We offer a non-judgemental service where no questions are asked.

 

At Feed Newport Soup Kitchen we find good food brings people together which can then lead to people in need talking to our staff and volunteers who can then help them directly or indirectly.

Feed Newport Soup Kitchen was proud to announce in October 2020 The National Lottery Community Fund had awarded us one year funding to kick start this service and since then it has gone from strength to strength.
